KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor sea freight import shipments from file opening through completion and invoicing.

• Handle and verify Bills of Lading and all relevant shipping documentation.

• Liaise with customers, overseas partners, shipping lines, agents and internal departments.

• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely and accurate customer updates.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of shipment records and documentation within the company’s systems.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience within a Freight Forwarding company is required.

• Good knowledge of import procedures, Bills of Lading, Incoterms and international shipping terminology.

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems such as ORIAN will be considered an advantage.

• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
