🚢 Responsibilities
✔ Daily planning, organization, and coordination of sea cargo export shipments.
✔ Communication with internal teams, international partners, and third-party agents to ensure shipments are efficiently planned and completed on time.
✔ Preparation and timely submission of all necessary shipping documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Shipping Instructions, etc.).
✔ Monitoring shipments according to customer requirements and providing timely updates.
✔ Full process ownership: from file creation to final invoicing.
🌊 Qualifications
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and ability to quickly learn new software systems (e.g. ORIAN ERP).
✔ Team spirit, positive attitude, customer service mindset, and strong attention to detail.
✔ Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Export Documentation within the Freight Forwarding industry.
✔ Solid understanding of Incoterms, shipping terminology, and export procedures.
